How we help our community
We are passionate about supporting our community as much as possible. Here are some of the things that we have been involved with:
- Giving ongoing donations to various charities
- Hospital Emergency Transport - Warwick provides transport for hospital staff so that they can get to work and back home again when we have adverse weather (snow and ice). Warwick has provided this service since 2004.
- Otago Polytechnic - Robyn is part of the Polytechnic's Permanent External Advisory Committee
- Meals on Wheels - Delivering meals on wheels for those in need for Rotary when snow and ice prevents normal delivery of meals
- SPCA - donations for the local animal shelter
- Super Grans - Providing HR and recruitment services
- Anglican Family Care - We make regular donations to the food bank
- Otago Gymnastics Association - Sponsorship
- Otago Community Hospice - Ongoing support provided
- ChatBus Trust - Robyn spent several years as a Board Trustee
