Full-time permanent – Monday-Friday role.

In this key role you will initiate and action jobs, liaising with customers and staff and coordinating the documentation workflow. You will provide administrative support along with internal/external customer service, while assisting with a wide range of operational activities.

This is an opportunity to put your strong administrative and coordination skills to good use.

Skills and experience

Our ideal candidate will have strong intermediate to advanced administrative skills:

· Proven experience in an administration/coordination role preferred - contributes to operational activities and plans

· A strong eye for detail - can meet and monitor important time-sensitive deadlines in a regulatory environment

· Polished communication skills, written and verbal – excellent customer service skills

· Competent with computer systems, software and can follow processes

· Works in well on a team environment and can work with limited supervision once trained
