We are seeking a person for a dual-purpose role - Executive Assistant to the Regional Group Executive Team and Office Manager to run the Wānaka trade-based office.

 

The dual role:

  • Support the Regional Group Executive Team - organise meetings, minutes, dairy management, travel bookings, charge outs to branches.
  • Day-to-day management of the Wanaka office and small admin team.
  • Financial responsibilities include: GST, FBT, cashflow forecasts and oversee accounts processing and payroll.
  • Provide HR and Health and Safety administration.

 

Your skills/background:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant and/or Office Management role.
  • Financial and accounting experience using Xero or similar – day-to-day accounts processing initially and with potential for additional accounting responsibilities.
  • Management and Leadership skills and experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting software and able to pick up systems quickly.
  • Proven organisational skills and an ability to effectively prioritise the workload.
