Your People is partnering exclusively with Pacific Trust Otago recruiting for an EA to support the busy General Manager. If you enjoy community-based roles this opportunity won’t disappoint.

Does your current role lack the ‘feel good factor’? Do you miss making a difference in people’s lives?  So you are getting up every morning and heading to a job that just isn’t giving you the job satisfaction you crave. Why do you do this to yourself when you could be working for a highly dedicated manager with plenty of interesting and fulfilling projects on the go?

Our client is a community-focussed organisation doing a lot of interesting Galuega (work), for the Pacific Community and they are expanding in some really exciting new directions.

Knowledge and understanding of Pacific language and cultural protocols would be an advantage.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who is proficient at working across a wide range of projects and priorities. In exchange for your organisational and administrative expertise, our client offers a great work environment, an opportunity to further develop your skill-set and competitive remuneration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative and organisational responsibilities
