We are searching for a highly competent Personal Assistant / Administrator to assist the Managing Director in the running of a successful Dunedin business.

This full time permanent role offers a nice blend of PA tasks to assist the Managing Director as well as office administration duties. You will have a strong background in accounts and office administration and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key duties include

  • Reception / phones / appointments
  • Preparing / responding to correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Printing and collating marketing material
  • Social media updates
  • Receipting money
  • Account & EFTPos reconciliations
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Initiating work purchase orders
  • Data entry
  • General office duties

Key Skills required:

  • Strong background in accounts administration and reconciliation
  • Highly organised and ability to multi-task
  • Well-developed communication skills – both written & oral
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to follow established systems and procedures
  • Good team player and willing to assist other staff
