Job Overview

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, preparing work programs, scheduling, Contractor meetings and ensuring that the jobs are delivered on time and to a high quality standard. The projects vary in scope from straightforward short duration projects to complex longer term projects.

The job

  • Ensure job spec and scheduling are accurate and on time
  • Meet with clients, main contractors, and relevant sub-contractors
  • Review and manage contract documentation, financials, budgets etc
  • Manage and invoice variations

The Person

  • Strong Project Management experience in New Zealand construction sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Sound on-site construction experience
  • A project Manager wishing to step up on the career ladder
