We are searching for a talented Receptionist / Administrator for a busy team in our client’s top Dunedin company

  • Busy, public facing role
  • Reception and office work makes this a varied role

This will be a temporary role but most likely to become permanent. While you will be assisting Reception, you will also be assisting with the implementation of a new software package (converting data) along with other usual office administration duties of debtors, creditors, reconciliations etc.

This is a busy role – so getting to grips quickly with various computer applications will be important.

The company is a trade based organisation based in South Dunedin – so always lots happening!

Our ideal candidate will have

  • High level of personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven office experience
  • Good data entry skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Able to work under pressure

Key Tasks Include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in person
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Liaising with key staff
  • General office duties

Hours of work: 8:00am – 4:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
