The person we are searching for has strong leadership skills for managing a mid-sized team of industry professionals. If you have an interest or experience of managing teams in the beauty industry and you are looking for your next challenge, this role offers plenty of opportunity. As Manager you will be managing the team, creating rosters and reports, running staff meetings etc.

About the role:

  • Operational – Health and Safety, compliance, policy and procedures
  • Team management, staff development, HR support.
  • Client care – bookings, client on-boarding consultations, enquiries etc.
  • Marketing and promotional activity
  • Other e.g. reporting, payments, reconciliations

Qualifications / skills:

  • Management experience and/or qualifications
  • Great customer service skills – client focused
  • Strong leadership and excellent people skills - firm, fair and consistent approach
  • Able to multi-task and is resilient
