We have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk for long term temp role.

About the Role

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an experienced accounts payable clerk to join this busy team. This is a long term temporary role (likely to be 6 months +).

The hours of work are 8.00am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) and the role is based in modern offices in Dunedin city.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable in a busy office environment.

  • Strong accounts payable background
  • Purchase orders
  • Data entry
  • Reconciliations  and ability to resolve unmatched transactions
  • Experience with Excel
