Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for their team for approximately 3 months.
We’re looking for an efficient and accurate person to work as an accounts payable administrator in a busy accounts team. Experience in accounts work is preferred, however, if you have what it takes to work at speed while maintaining accuracy, you will be considered for this role. This is a long term, full-time, temporary role working Monday – Friday office hours. Immediate start.
The role involves working as one of a team of approximately 12 people, processing and reconciling accounts. Experience in accounts work is preferred, however, if you have what it takes to work at speed while maintaining accuracy, you will be considered for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:
- First and accurate data entry
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices
- Purchase Order match
- Following up with suppliers
- Following organisational processes and policy
The successful candidate will have a good work ethic and will be an outstanding team player. Are you resilient enough to handle high volumes of work? You will be fast and accurate at data entry and you will also be an effective communicator who can problem-solve.
HOURS OF WORK:
This is a Monday to Friday role during normal business hours.
