Permanent full time Accounts Receivable role, working Monday to Friday in a busy Dunedin office. Bring your excellent administrative skills and advance your career!
We are searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable clerk - ideally from a large complex organisation where you’ve done the full range of the accounts receivable duties.
Our client's offices are located in Dunedin city and they are keen to make an appointment as soon as possible for someone who can hit the ground running!
Key duties include:
- Payment allocations
- Account reconciliations
- Identifiying debtors to follow-up
- Telephoning debtors to chase up payments
- Negotiating achievable repayment plans
- Responding to client enquiries
- Data entry
Skills and Experience:
- Accounts Receivable experience in large organisation
- Able to achieve collections tagets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
