Your People Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior management team for our client, based in Dunedin.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident, friendly, and a skilled multi-tasker who enjoys the challenge of a varied role in a busy environment.


The Role         

In this varied role, you will be supporting the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors.

Providing high quality executive support, your day will include diary management, coordinating executive meetings and events, coordinating and preparing Board papers and minutes, and also assisting with managing key Executive projects as required. This role will also directly manage the Administration Assistant.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working as an Executive Assistant in a complex professional environment.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Strong secretarial, leadership and management skills
  • Professional, positive and calm attitude
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
