We have a great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator with accounts experience (preferably A/P).

About the Role

On behalf of our client, we're looking for an experienced office administrator to join this busy team. This is a permanent part-time role.

The role is for 20 hours per week but our successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to work additional hours when required.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable in a busy office environment.

  • Accounts experience (preferably AP)
  • Purchase orders
  • Data entry
  • Reception
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
