We are searching for an experienced office assistant all-rounder for a temporary role.

Are you an experienced administrator who is on the ball and can handle a busy workload for a temporary role? 

About the Role

This is a busy role that will suit an office assistant with all round experience. You’ll be do a variety of administrative duties to keep the company running smoothly - and you will be liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff members.

Skills and Experience:

  • Debtors 
  • Accounts Payable
  • Reconciliations
  • Data entry
  • Management support, including preparation of reports
  • Good Excel skills

This role would suit a person who has had administration experience in a small/medium sized office and can hit the ground running.
