Are you a highly customer-focused and effective, preferably experienced manager? Are you able to support, motivate and manage a technical team with their day-to-day operations while interfacing with customers about ICT projects and service delivery?

This position would suit a process-driven people person who is good at multi-tasking. You will be working within a ticketing system, prioritising to deliver exceptional customer service and quality outcomes for our excellent clients. A good grounding of the underlying technical aspect of the work would be desirable; this covers three areas: helpdesk, infrastructure and deployment.

Tasks include:

  • Fielding  first point-of-call client requests for service (via phone and email)

  • Accurate recording of information / issues

  • Dispatching / scheduling technicians

  • Keeping clients updated with current service progress

  • Managing project delivery

  • Reporting on project and service delivery

The person:

  • Have a broad understanding of ICT.

  • Communication skills are your forte, (written and verbal)

  • You are a competent, and organised multi-tasker

  • You are analytical in your approach to problem solving

  • You will be a quick learner and enjoy the more technical products we have to offer

  • Your data entry skills are fast and accurate

  • You are effective in building and maintaining relationships (internally and externally)

  • You will have a natural flare for processes
