Your People Recruitment was established in 2008 and is proudly New Zealand owned. Based in Dunedin, we recruit top talent for Permanent, Temporary and Contractor roles in the lower South Island from Timaru south.

Warwick’s background in senior leadership roles within both public and private sectors has given him an in-depth understanding of staff recruitment and management. He has considerable experience in organisational change and performance management.

Since establishing Your People Recruitment in 2008, Warwick has successfully recruited high performing people into many senior professional and management, technical and specialist roles, in a wide range of sectors. Recent placements include health management, production management, legal, HR, sales, marketing, and senior administrative roles.

Warwick’s memberships include Member of Recruitment & Consulting Services Association, Member of Directors Institute and an Associate of NZ Institute of Management. Warwick served on the Board of Directors for the Otago/Southland Employers Association for six years.

Robyn Leyden
Robyn Leyden
Career Manager

Joining the Your People Recruitment team in 2011, Robyn brought with her a wealth of experience from her management, leadership and HR work in senior roles. She has previously worked in a wide range of industry sectors which include finance, rural servicing, processing and logistics. 

Robyn combines her industry knowledge and HR experience to assist clients with finding quality candidates. Throughout her time with Your People Recruitment, Robyn has successfully placed many hundreds of candidates into roles each year.

Robyn is a Member of RCSA and is on the Board for ChatBus Trust. She is also a member of the local Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.  Robyn has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and is accredited in Psychometric Administration and Interpretation.

In her spare time, Robyn enjoys fashion, the sun and spending time with her family.

Adam Jackson

Adam joined the Your People Team in February 2017. A big believer in harnessing talent, Adam knows the importance of getting recruitment right and has a strong understanding of the complexities of roles.

Originally from the UK, Adam has been in New Zealand for more than 14 years and brings with him a passion for people and their development. He is able to naturally assess the skills and abilities of candidates and marry them into perfect roles.

Adam has had some fantastic achievements during his recruitment career in particular management roles, technical trades and hard to fill vacancies.

Adam has a strong network and uses this to help you find the best person for the job, Adam’s philosophy is simple – “getting you the one perfect person”.

Outside of work, you will find Adam on the beach with his dog or hitting the slopes of Central Otago looking for the perfect fresh snow.

Leanne joined our team as a Recruitment Consultant in October 2017. Leanne specialises in providing permanent, fixed term and temporary office based staff - from professional, qualified and management roles through to junior roles. Leanne’s expertise includes; Health, Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and IT related sectors.

With a background in healthcare administration, territory sales management and recruitment, Leanne has significant experience to draw on.

Leanne really enjoys looking after her valued clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the recruitment process, and she also provides post-placement support. Her understanding of candidate and employer requirements is what makes Leanne the right Recruitment Consultant to make the perfect match for you!

Leanne has studied throughout her career and has completed qualifications in Business Administration and Line Management.

Mel Bentley

Executive Assistant

Mel joined the Your People Recruitment team in 2018 as our Executive Assistant. Mel’s role within our team is to support the Directors, Recruitment Consultants, Clients and staff, to ensure that our clients, candidates and temporary staff receive the best possible experience while working with us. Her efforts have resulted in a clear increase in the efficiency between all levels of the company.

Mel brings to our team, over a decade of Customer Service, Administrative, Procurement, Sales and Sales Support experience within the Information Technology, Document Solutions, Automotive and Hospitality industries.

Mel’s expertise in Data Management Systems, Payroll, candidate and client coordination is an invaluable asset to the company.

Mel was born and bred in Dunedin and completed a National Certificate in Business Administration through the Otago Polytechnic. She has also completed NZIM Management papers through the Open Polytechnic.

Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach and reading.
