You’ll combine commercial property expertise with a strong understanding of retail dynamics and tenant engagement, ensuring both retailers and visitors enjoy a vibrant, successful environment. Key Responsibilities: • Commercial Leasing & Tenant Management – Lead all leasing activities, manage renewals and negotiations, and foster strong, long-term tenant relationships. • Marketing & Promotions – Develop and deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns to attract shoppers, increase foot traffic, and enhance tenant success. • Financial & Asset Performance – Manage budgets, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities to increase income and optimise operational efficiency. • Strategic & Business Planning – Contribute to the Centre’s overall vision, growth, and community positioning. • Operations & Maintenance – Ensure the property operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. • Customer & Visitor Experience – Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment for all visitors. • Community & Stakeholder Engagement – Strengthen relationships with local partners and stakeholders to enhance the Centre’s visibility and reputation. What You’ll Bring: • Proven experience in commercial or retail property management, ideally within a shopping centre or large retail environment. • Strong leasing and negotiation skills with commercial acumen. • Experience in marketing, promotions, or tenant engagement within a retail or property context. • Excellent financial management and reporting capability. • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. • A proactive, hands-on, and strategic mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. The Offer: • Salary: $110–120K per annum + vehicle, performance bonuses, and relocation allowance. • Hours: Generally, Monday–Friday (standard business hours) with flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend events.
