We’re looking for a highly organised Service Administrator to join a busy workshop team supporting the Workshop Manager and a team of automotive technicians.

This is a hands-on admin role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the workshop running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a good head for systems and processes, and like being part of a practical, down-to-earth team -  this could be a great opportunity.

This role offers variety, responsibility and plenty to learn, with the opportunity to grow as you develop your skills within the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing jobs for billing and ensuring work orders are completed correctly

  • Processing purchase orders and stock orders
  • Receipting parts onto jobs and managing workshop documentation
  • Booking jobs and liaising with customers
  • Picking up and delivering parts and assisting with workshop logistics

What we’re looking for

  • Previous workshop, mechanical, or trade-based administration experience is highly desirable
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
  • A proactive, problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of processes
  • A team player who can support the Workshop Manager and wider team
  • Full, clean driver’s licence (required)

Why this role?

  • Be part of a busy and supportive workshop team
  • Variety in your day – no two days will look the same
  • Lots to learn, with the opportunity to grow the role over time
  • Stable Monday–Friday hours: 40 hours per week (7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm)

If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting a team, and being the backbone of a busy workshop – we’d love to hear from you.
