About the role
We are seeking an experienced Secretary for casual, on-call secretarial work within a highly professional environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Secretary and be able to step in at short-notice to cover both planned and unplanned absences.
If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and bring the relevant skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience as a legal or medical secretary is highly desirable.
This role is suited to someone who is flexible, accommodating, and happy to pick up work hours to support the employer, as and when the opportunity arises. It is not intended for those seeking a permanent position or regular part-time hours. The role may be a perfect fit for someone who is semi-retired or is available for casual-on-call work and available at short notice.

- Secretarial experience and skills
- Proficiency with office technology and software systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional appearance and demeanour - ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels
Remuneration: $30-$35 per hour (TBC)
