Our client is looking for a reliable and practical Rental Operations Assistant to join their hardworking team.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of a busy rental operation — supporting customers, maintaining gear, and keeping things moving smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with the daily running of the rental yard and office
  • Helping customers with pick-ups, returns, and general enquiries
  • Cleaning, checking, and maintaining rental equipment and vehicles
  • Completing bookings, paperwork, and stock records accurately
  • Pitching in wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently

What we’re looking for:

  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Someone organised, reliable, and with great attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with customers and working in a small team
  • A full or restricted driver’s licence is required — a Class 2 licence would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a rental, trades, or operations environment is an advantage
