A comprehensive and in-depth measure of mental ability, these tests have been designed to assess high level reasoning ability. Suitable for management, graduate and professional calibre staff, GRT1 consists of three sections measuring Verbal, Numerical and Abstract reasoning ability.
General Reasoning Test (GRT2)
A comprehensive, detailed and accurate measure of mental agility, the GRT2 has been designed to assess the reasoning power for those of general ability. GRT2 requires only a basic level of education and consequently can be used to assess all levels of staff.
Personality Profiles (15FQ+)
Measures the fundamental building blocks of personality. These provide insights into how people typically think, feel and interact in ways that may be productive or counter-productive to your team or organisation.
Sales Preference Indicator
Provides an invaluable insight into the characteristic behaviours needed in sales-related environments. This assessment measures the manner in which an employee is likely to interact and approach customers/clients.
