Join our client’s team as a Customer Support Specialist within this innovative future-focused technology company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences to customers seeking support and providing training to clients via phone, email and direct messages.
This is a full-time, permanent position, located in Mosgiel. The hours of work are 8.30am – 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Triaging and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner – providing troubleshooting and escalation when required
- Maintaining help files and resources to assist customers
- Assisting and ensuring CRM is up-to-date
Key skills, experience and requirements
- Desire to work in the technology space
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy
- Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
