Role:
Full-time permanent role starting May or June 2024.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client’s team and take on responsibilities in customer service and administrative/operational support. You will be working in a mid-sized team based in Dunedin, operating within a large nationwide organisation and reporting in to both a remote and on-site manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service – internal/external interactions
- Manage spreadsheets data analysis and reporting tasks
- Manage email inbox and phone communications including answering queries
- Utilise cloudbased systems for effective data management
- Provide general support for the team while meeting output requirements
Skills and attributes:
- MS Office skills – particularly Excel
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Proven initiative ability to problem solve, connect ideas and offer valuable suggestions
- Confidence and a friendly, easygoing demeanour
- High standard of work ethic, commitment and dedication to the organisation
